Evening – Night time
Ingredients:
- Ponche Caballero (60 ml)
- Sherry Fino wine (15 ml)
- Lemon juice (15 ml)
- 1 white of the egg
- 1 spoon of honey
- 7-8 mint leaves
- Ice
- Soda
- Aromatic bitter
Preparation:
Shake Ponche Caballero, the lemon juice, the Fino wine, the white of the egg, the honey and some mint leaves vigorously with 3-4 ice cubes in a shaker. Pour into a coupette glass and add a top of soda. Garnish with mint leaves and 3-4 tears of bitter using a cocktail stick.
