Dessert – Night time
Ingredients:
- Ponche Caballero (40 ml)
- Espresso coffee (40 ml)
- Cream (40 ml)
- 4-5 pieces of ice
- Cinnamon powder
- 1 Cinnamon stick
Preparation:
Shake the coffee and Ponche Caballero with ice in a shaker and pour into a Martini Glass once it’s cold. Top with cream and sprinkle some cinnamon powder over it. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
